He helped me decide on the right size, and made sure the staff had them ready for pick-up when I needed them. The staff (the floral designer and another man) were very kind. They helped me get the large vases in my car and provided a box for both vases so that they would survive the trip from Mt. Airy to Norristown without falling over. The result was gorgeous.
