If you OR the recipient of your gift is not 100% completely satisfied, we ask that you let us know. We STRIVE to satisfy every customer, and we cannot correct a problem if we don't know about it!
On the rare occasion there is a problem with an order, we will pick up and replace the order OR (at your option) pick up the order and give a 100% refund to the sender. We only ask that you let us know of the problem within 48 hours of delivery. Being fair - since many of our products are perishable, we cannot replace an item if we are not notified in that time.
